In August 2023, we were honored by Hvolsvöllur Municipality for our contributions to the local community. It was the first time they gave out this award, and it really motivates us to keep doing what we’re doing!

Our Values

Awards from The Icelandic Soil Conservation

In June 2023 we received an award from The Icelandic Soil Conservation for clear environmental goals in relation to the use of land in tourism and emphasis on environmental education for staff and guests.

Incentive Awards for Responsible Tourism

In January 2023 Midgard  was one of the top 3 companies nominated for the Incentive Awards for Responsible Tourism in 2022.
