Thingvellir National park
Unesco World Heritage Site of Þingvellir, the most historically significant site in all of Iceland, hosting the oldest democratic Parliament in the world. The Þingvellir area is filled with evidence of tectonic activity, located on the borders of the North American and European plates, that are still slowly separating.
Geysir hot spring
The now dormant parent of all geysers, is visited, along with the still active Strokkur geyser.
Gullfoss waterfall
The name literally means “Golden Waterfall”. Gullfoss is Iceland’s most spectacular waterfall.

We can adjust this tour to your desires and needs. Do you want to sample local cuisine for lunch? If yes, then we recommend stopping at Friðheimar, an organic tomato producer and restaurant. If time allows we can also pass by Skálholt, a historical site with cathedral since the middle ages and Kerið, which is a volcanic crater lake.
